Our story

The Caesarea Assets Corporation Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild is the real estate development branch of the Rothschild Caesarea Foundation. The company works to develop and improve the foundation’s lands and the Caesarea Business Park as well as expand its portfolio of rental properties.

The Caesarea Assets Corporation has accumulated extensive experience with tens of thousands of square meters of initiation, construction, leasing and maintenance of state-of-the-art buildings in the fields of high-tech, logistics and commerce.

The company owns about 150,000 square meters of property within the 700,000 square meters of total property within the Caesarea Business Park. Its construction activities continue to grow and the company is now in the process of developing an additional 80,000 square meters in the park.
